The Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. based in Findlay, Ohio is the eighth largest tyre manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1926, they have grown in popularity in Europe since the acquisition of UK based Avon Tyres now called Cooper-Avon. We recommend Cooper as the best combination of value and performance.

We also supply 4x4 tyres from all the manufacturers listed on the left of this page. Fitting as with all tyres supplied by Wealden can be carried out in our workshop nr. Hailsham in East Sussex or by one of our team of mobile fitters.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT TYRE

4x4 owners have a sometimes confusing choice when replacing tyres. Uses range from on-road with very little or no off-road requirement to the serious enthusiasts who require an aggressive mud terrain tyre with most users coming somewhere between the two. Consequently tyre choice very often involves some form of compromise. Wealden Tyres with their close links to agriculture where off road capability is really put to the test combined with their road tyre knowledge have the experience to advise on the correct choice for each users specific requirements.
