SERVICING COSTS

All costs include VAT and parts where stated in the relevant service schedules. Our service schedules are designed to be closely aligned with or exceed typical manufacturer's service schedules and parts will be of a quality equivalent to the original manufacturer's.

ADDITIONAL WORK AND COSTS

Our standard policy regarding additional works that are required as a result of a service inspection are to inform customers of the cost and urgency of all works before proceeding. We can then agree which of the work the customer wishes to action and when.

Alternatively some of our customers are happy for us to exercise discretion in deciding what works need to be carried out without prior consent. Typically customers will instruct us to carry out any works that are either imminently dangerous or actually illegal in their current state without having to seek further consent. This can greatly speed up the service process and your vehicle is less likely to be off the road for an extended period.
