CAR & VAN SERVICING

Everybody agrees that regular servicing makes sound economic sense. We're aware that people don't always know what a service includes, so to help in making a decision we have included full details of what our service schedules include. These are identical to the checklists we use in our workshops when we carry out the work.

We have three different service schedules for cars, vans and light commercials that cover all requirements and list everything that we include. If it isn't on the schedules, we don't include it, it's that simple. If there is something that you would like to be included, please ask and will try and accommodate your requirement. We will always ask for consent (more details) before carrying out any work required that has been identified as part of a service.

• Interim - sometimes referred to as a 6000 mile or oil service.
• Full - or 12,000 mile
• Major - or 24,000 mile

Manufacturers all have different mileage intervals, so please ring and ask for advice in choosing the right package.

FLEET SERVICING

Please contact us for details of the packages we offer fleet customers. We will work with client's to provide packages that exactly match their fleet servicing requirements.

Vehicles Under Manufacturer's Warranty - It is possible to use any garage of your choice since 2003 to carry out a service without invalidating your vehicle warranty provided certain rules are adhered to. These are basically as follows:

• The service is in accordance with the manufacturer's servicing schedules and recorded as such.
• The parts used are of appropriate quality and are recorded as such.
